We collect rent from tenants and hold security deposits in compliant accounts. Owner payouts are sent to you on a regular schedule (e.g. monthly or per-lease terms). You can see income and payouts in your owner dashboard.
You set an approval threshold (e.g. repairs over $500 require your OK). We coordinate vendors, get quotes, and handle routine and emergency work. For amounts over your threshold, we'll get your approval before proceeding.
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency support for tenants so urgent issues (e.g. leaks, no heat) are triaged and addressed quickly. You're not on-call — we handle the coordination.
We track lease end dates and guide you on market-based rent increases and local compliance (e.g. notice requirements, caps). We handle renewal paperwork and tenant communication so you don't have to.
